We are currently seeking a Deputy Workshop Leader to join our team and help oversee a variety of workshops that support personal growth, independence, and a sense of purpose. This position is Full-Time, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting and delivering engaging daily workshops in areas such as gardening, horse care, farming, crafts, pottery, and woodwork

  • Assisting with the planning and organisation of workshop activities

  • Working collaboratively with residents, day participants, and other team members

  • Providing occasional support within our residential houses when needed

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience or a strong interest in practical, hands-on work (e.g., farming, crafts, animal care)

  • Enjoys working outdoors and in creative environments

  • Is passionate about person-centred care and community living

  • Is reliable, flexible, and a strong team player

  • Has the ability to support individuals with varying abilities in a respectful and empowering way
