The Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assembly Team Leader to join our dynamic production team. You will be responsible for leading a team of assembly operatives, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of assembly operatives to achieve daily production goals
- Monitor workflow and allocate tasks to ensure optimal productivity
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with company standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve processes
- Report on performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong understanding of health & safety and quality standards
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible, reliable, and committed to delivering results
