The Role:

DELI LITES are currently recruiting for a Palletiser to join our award-winning team.

As Palletiser, you will echo the quality, legality, and authenticity of all our values at DELI LITES and give customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through the passion we have for our people and food.

Your Duties:

  •  Ensuring DELI LITES Products are displayed and organised on Shop Floor to correct DELI LITES merchandising standards.
  •  Communicating any issues to Key Account Manager and relevant departments in a timely and accurate manner in keeping with our vision.
  • Reporting and effective investigating of store availability issues in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Making sure any current promotions are activated and in line with the nationally agreed plan and that they are full and priced correctly.
  • Assembling and maintaining promotional Point of Sale displays if required.
  • Ensuring good stock rotation is completed on a daily basis to minimise food waste in line with corporate strategy

Desired Criteria:

  • Food handling experiences desirable     
  • Basic English reading/speaking skills
  • Manual handling trained desirable                                 
  • Experience working in cold environments desirable
