We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Infrastructure Integration Lead to play a central role in shaping, planning, and delivering complex civil engineering and major infrastructure projects across the UK and beyond. Operating at the interface between clients, engineering teams and commercial functions, you will lead the development of high-quality technical solutions while driving sustainable growth withing the major civils market. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic infrastructure professional who thrives in a fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing technical, operational, and commercial teams together to deliver exceptional results.

 

What You’ll do

·         Build upon Ospreys current presence and reputation within the major UK and international civil engineering infrastructure markets

·         Identify, shape and secure new business opportunities through early client engagement and strategic positioning

·         Develop and maintain senior-level client relationships that lead to early contractor involvement (ECI) and major project delivery scopes

·         Act as Ospreys key interface between client relationships, project delivery teams and commercial functions ensuring client needs translate into competitive, deliverable solutions

·         Lead business development for complex civil engineering scopes including (but not limited to)

·         Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) transport and installation

·         Modularise Bridge transport and installation

·         Bridge launching using conventional and unconventional methods

·         Novel, modularised, or off-site civils construction techniques

 

Skills & Experience

·         Proven experience identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities in major civil engineering or infrastructure markets

·         Strong track record of building, managing, and leveraging senior-level client relationships

·         Deep understanding of commercial trust relationships and the ability to align technical delivery with client outcomes

·         Ability to translate complex civil engineering and infrastructure capabilities into compelling commercial propositions

·         Detailed and up-to-date knowledge of CDM regulations and BS5975

·         Strong technical understanding of civil engineering constructability, including innovative or novel project delivery approaches

·         Experience engaging in early contractor involvement (ECI) and progressing opportunities through to execution
