About this role

We are growing our team and would love to hear from people with experience in corporate PR and communications that are looking to progress to the next stage of their career as an Account Manager.

The role is ideal for anyone with well-rounded communication skills covering media relations, social media, creative campaigns, client/programme management and basic evaluation and measurement.

We are ideally looking for people with 2-3 years of experience in either real estate, professional services, financial services or technology. 

Role responsibilities

  • Managing the delivery of client programmes and intergrated campaigns
  • Acting as a day-to-day client lead
  • Working with your team to ensure client deadlines and KPI's are met
  • Generating ideas and spotting oppertunities for clients
  • Developing client relationships
  • Developing detailed knowledge and understanding of client businesses, sectors and participating in new business pitches and actively looking for oppertunities for growing revenue.

Role requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role – either as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager. 
  • Experience in building strong client relationships and providing thoughtful and considered consultancy across client programmes.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to produce client budgets 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to apply solutions quickly
  • Organisational, planning and client management skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload and support junior colleagues
  • Ability to think critically, creatively and to demonstrate good judgement
  • A good work ethic, flexibility and enthusiasm to deliver work and results of a consistently high standard
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
