We’re looking for a Lettings & Community Associate to support the lettings process, resident journey and community engagement at our Guildford Plaza development in Guildford. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering great customer experiences and helping create a welcoming, connected community, all while playing a key role in achieving occupancy goals.

This is a part-time, on-site position, working 20 hours per week between. Shifts are typically Monday 8am-2pm, Friday 2pm-8pm and Sunday 9am-5.30pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break for shifts of over 6 hours, with a salary of £15,000 per annum, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

What You’ll Be Doing.

As a Lettings & Community Associate, you’ll be the friendly face of Habito, helping prospective residents find their ideal home while contributing to a welcoming, connected community. You’ll play a key role in sales, resident engagement and customer service, ensuring every resident feels valued.

·       Helping residents find their perfect home – managing enquiries, conducting viewings and guiding people through the lettings process.

·       Building an amazing community – organising resident events, supporting move-ins and ensuring a sense of belonging.

·       Delivering outstanding customer service – responding to queries with warmth, professionalism and care.

·       Supporting marketing and sales – promoting available apartments, generating leads and assisting in marketing initiatives.

·       Keeping things running smoothly – assisting with admin, compliance and resident records to ensure seamless operations.
