Description
The Role:
Due to the success of our business, we are looking to recruit a Sales Team Leader. You will be driving brand awareness and increasing sales by engaging with potential customers at local events and their premises, while supporting the field team in daily operations and ensuring KPIs align with sales targets. Ensuring Events & Field Sales achieve an operational standard.

Salary : £30,000 basic plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION. ( average 10-12k comission!!)
As our Sales Team Leader. You will:
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company values in all interactions.
- Consistently achieve daily targets, individual sales goals, and lead generation objectives.
- Set up and maintain fixed premise stands according to company guidelines while actively engaging in customer pitching, whilst following brand standards.
- Efficiently organise and manage promotional events inclusive of timekeeping, sales material ( set ups and shut downs)
- Support the onboarding of new team members by providing training and guidance.
- Provide exceptional support to existing customers, handling queries effectively.
- Ensure adherence to StaySafe usage policies for field-based safety compliance.
- Trial new processes, providing feedback to enhance business operations.
- Promote and embed best practices within the team to drive performance.
- Assist the FSM with recruitment tasks, including interviews and candidate evaluations.
- Ensure availability and accuracy of all sales materials and promotional items.
- Promote and embed best practices within the team to drive performance.
- Confidently approach and engage with potential customers, whilst also providing exceptional support to existing customers, handling queries effectively.
What you’ll bring to toob:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in event operations, direct sales, and/or retail environments with an understanding of effective sales techniques.
- A desirable background in sales, lead generation, events, organisations, set up/shut down of events.
- Experience in promotional events, direct sales, or retail environments with an understanding of effective sales techniques.
- Experience in training and onboarding processes to ensure new hires integrate effectively.
- Background in customer service, problem-solving, and relationship management.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols, particularly in field-based roles.
- Ability to assess processes critically, suggest improvements, and adapt to change.
- Exposure to recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
- Knowledge in coaching, mentoring, and supporting team development
