We are seeking a dynamic and systems-driven Talent Officer to join our People and Culture team. This role is essential in managing and optimising the full employee lifecycle, with a strong focus on system-based processes for recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employer branding, and offboarding.

The Talent Officer will oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring seamless candidate sourcing, selection, and onboarding through effective use of HR systems and tools. This role will also support talent development initiatives, succession planning, and employer branding strategies to attract and retain top talent, aligning with Aurigny’s strategic objectives. Additionally, the Talent Officer will manage the offboarding process, using data-driven insights to improve retention and enhance the overall employee experience.
