We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team. You will install and configure software to meet operational and customer requirements, carry out functionality and quality checks to guarantee reliability, and package devices securely for dispatch in line with delivery timelines. Alongside this, you will monitor inventory levels, update stock records, and support hardware tracking and replenishment.
The position also involves providing customer support by responding to queries via email and phone in a clear and courteous manner. You will troubleshoot device issues both remotely and in-house, escalating where necessary, and contribute to maintaining setup guides and support documentation to ensure accuracy and ease of use.
To be successful, you should hold GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above. Good spoken and written English is essential. Customer service experience will be an advantage alongside familiarity with Android tablets and installing applications. Competence in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Outlook, and Teams is also expected.
We are seeking someone who demonstrates a blend of personal excellence and professional expertise. You should be dynamic, innovative, and ethical, with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
