Powder Coating Sprayer

Atlas Coating Ltd, part of The HEX Group, is a privately-owned business offering quality professional powder coating and paint finishing to a variety of customers from a range of sectors. We utilise the latest powder coating technology and practices to ensure that our quality is second to none.

Operating from a purpose-built site located in Hixon, Staffordshire, along with sister companies Bri-Stor Systems and Alpha Manufacturing, we are ideally positioned to meet the needs of our customers across the UK.

Having experienced significant growth and success over the last few years, we are looking to strengthen our team with the recruitment of a Powder Coating Sprayer.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare parts and materials for spraying
  • Powder coating parts to a high standard
  • Carry out full clean-down procedures
  • Follow instructions and read drawings
  • Maintain a clean working environment
  • Ensure all PPE is worn correctly

 

The Candidate

  • Confident with operating the spray gun
  • Able to change powder inserts and change and set powder interface
  • Able to change the cyclone and change filters and colours
  • Flexible and able to adapt as required
  • Excellent organisational skills and time keeping
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Ensure all quality standards and systems are followed and met
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment

 

Package

  • 💰 Competitive salary dependent on experience
  • 🕕 Monday – Friday, 06:00 – 14:30 – there will be a requirement for flexibility and a willingness to work overtime
