🎯 Your Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you'll be the go-to person for resolving day-to-day quality issues, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring our Quality Management System (QMS) is audit-ready ✅.
You'll also mentor apprentices 👩‍🏭👨‍🏭 and play a key role in internal audits, external certifications, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Be the link between production, quality & engineering
🔹 Investigate customer rejects using 8D methodology
🔹 Handle supplier non-conformance issues
🔹 Manage calibration schedules & activities
🔹 Conduct PPAP & APQP documentation
🔹 Use 3D scanning equipment for measurement tasks
🔹 Support internal audits & QMS documentation
🔹 Assist with external audits & certifications
🔹 Maintain safety culture templates
🔹 Create SOPs, FMEAs, Process Flows & Packing Specs

👤 About You
You're a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for quality and a collaborative mindset 🤝. Ideally, you’ll bring:
✅ Strong IT & communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently & under pressure
✅ Knowledge of ISO9001:2015 & internal auditing
✅ Experience in the automotive industry
✅ Understanding of engineering drawings & GD&T
✅ Familiarity with QMS & measurement tools
✅ Experience with 3D measuring equipment (Metrascan 3D is a plus!)
