The Role

As Head of Operations, you’ll play a pivotal role in leading our dedicated team and driving operational excellence. This is your chance to lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of our vital services, ensuring they are efficient, impactful, and aligned with our mission. Collaborating closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you’ll shape and implement strategies to deliver meaningful outcomes for the people we support.
