Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst to join our project management office. In this role, you will support project teams by collecting and organising project data, maintaining documentation, assisting with status reports, and helping to track project milestones.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in project management and gain valuable experience working across multiple projects.
You will support the Project Manager in the successful execution of the Core Banking Transformation Project. This role involves a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in tracking project progress and updating project management tools.
• Prepare status reports and monitor activities against key milestones.
• Follow up on outstanding issues and action items, providing updates to stakeholders.
• Risk and issue tracking support: Help maintain risk and issue logs, escalating concerns as needed.
• Assist in coordinating project resources, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing minutes, and tracking actions.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of project communications and presentations.
• Maintain contact lists and ensure all team members are informed of project updates and changes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve PMO processes and tools.
• Organise and maintain the project document repository (e.g., Teams, SharePoint), ensuring documents are correctly filed and easily accessible.
• Track and manage version control of project documents.
• Assist in the creation and formatting of project documents, ensuring consistency and adherence to templates and standards.
