Join Our Team as a Volunteer Collection Box Champion!

Want a flexible way to give back to your community?
Barnsley Hospice is looking for friendly, reliable volunteers to help us keep our donation boxes running smoothly across the Barnsley borough.

What you’ll do

As a Collection Box Champion, you’ll:

  • Collect full donation boxes and issue receipts
  • Return boxes to the hospice, following cash-handling procedures
  • Deliver replacement boxes to existing supporters and new locations
  • Spot opportunities for pubs, cafés, and shops to host our boxes
  • Keep boxes clean and ready to shine for our supporters

Who we’re looking for
