We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. From coordinating course delivery to supporting recruitment and enrolment, your work will help ensure programmes are delivered efficiently and meet the needs of learners and employers.

The Role

  • Coordinate course setup with internal teams, ensuring schedules, tutors, and resources are in place.
  • Support learner recruitment, enrolment, and eligibility checks for a range of programmes.
  • Act as a point of contact for employers, learners, and internal teams, responding to enquiries professionally.
  • Monitor deadlines and support the smooth delivery of employer-funded and adult learning programmes.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with funding and quality requirements.
  • Support meetings, events, and employer engagement activities, including promotional events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across MIS, Admissions, and curriculum teams.

Why This Role Matters

Employer engagement is key to creating meaningful learning opportunities. In this role, you will help connect learners with training that supports their career development, while ensuring employers receive high-quality, responsive services.

Your work will directly contribute to this vision, supporting learners, employers, and the wider community.
