We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Commercial Support specialist to contribute to the successful delivery, coordination, and continuous improvement of our tendering and commercial processes. You will work closely with the Integration Lead, Commercial Lead, and wider team to support on other duties such as CRM management, key account management and marketing. This role is ideal for someone looking to apply their existing blend of experience within a fast-paced project environment where no two days will look the same!

 

What You’ll do

·         Produce and assist with high quality bid and tender submissions, supporting bid planning, ensuring full compliance, and coordinating timely responses to client tender requests

·         Support revenue growth by assisting in the delivery of group revenue targets across key audience groups and internal market sectors

·         Maintain and manage CRM data, working closely with the Integration Lead and Commercial Lead to ensure accurate records and a healthy sales pipeline

·         Collaborate with the Marketing team to support campaigns and strategic growth initiatives

·         Act as a link between Marketing and the Integration team, ensuring alignment, efficient communication, and joined-up commercial activity

 

Skills & Experience

·         Proven experience supporting bids, tenders and proposal development

·         Strong analytical and reporting skills

·         Extensive account management experience in previous roles

·         Component CRM skills with the ability to maintain accurate data and manage pipelines

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms
