Vehicle Operations Supervisor

Are you energised by fast-paced environments and passionate about leading teams to success? At Bri-Stor Systems, we convert over 8,000 light commercial vehicles a year, and we’re looking for a Vehicle Operations Supervisor to lead our Compound Team and keep our vehicle flow running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the driving force behind the day-to-day operations of our vehicle compound—coordinating people, processes, and priorities to ensure every vehicle is in the right place at the right time.

Your mission:

Lead, motivate, and support a dedicated team.

Oversee vehicle deliveries, inspections, and despatches.

Manage compound space, offsite vehicle requests, and contractor access.

Monitor vehicle tracking systems to ensure visibility and traceability.

Keep keys secure and compound admin accurate.

Step in to support the Planning & Logistics Team when needed.

Champion continuous improvement and operational excellence.
