MAIN PURPOSE & SCOPE OF THE JOB
This newly created role exists to ensure that as Optibac continues to grow, our people, organisational capability and culture grow with it.
As People & Culture Manager, you will play a central role in shaping the employee experience and supporting the organisation to perform at its best. Working closely with the Board and senior leaders, you will help ensure we have the structure, skills and people capability needed for our next phase of growth.
This is a senior and influential role, combining strategic thinking with practical guidance. You will support leaders to make confident, fair and commercially sound people decisions, strengthen performance and development, and help the business navigate change in a positive and sustainable way.
While the HR team will continue to deliver day-to-day people support and administration, this role focuses on setting direction, building the depth and confidence of our management team and ensuring our people practices remain consistent, effective and aligned with Optibac’s values.
At its heart, this role is about protecting what makes Optibac a great place to work, while helping us grow into a larger, more ambitious organisation.
The ideal candidate will have considerable hands on experience managing people in a dynamic business.
Flexibility is essential at Wren Laboratories, with teams working closely together to champion and develop the Optibac brand. Occasional support may be required across other areas to meet business needs.
