We believe in creating exceptional communities where students can thrive – and that starts with strong leadership and empowered site teams. That’s where you come in.

As a Regional Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the student experience across your region – ensuring our properties consistently deliver excellence, our people are supported and inspired, and our commercial performance meets expectations. • Lead and develop Property Managers and operational teams across your region, driving performance and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements, embedding a culture of risk awareness and high standards.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and income streams – ensuring profitability across each property.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to uphold operational, brand, and resident experience standards.
• Foster a student-first culture, ensuring consistently excellent service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with universities, investors and stakeholders, acting as a trusted representative of Host.
• Support mobilisations, change projects and new initiatives, ensuring your teams are trained, ready, and engaged.
• Deputise for the Head of Operations when required, taking on higher-level or client-facing responsibilities.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:
• Proven experience in operational leadership – ideally in PBSA, hospitality, or property management.
• Strong financial management skills and a track record of delivering profitability.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance, H&S regulations, and risk management.
• Exceptional leadership ability – motivating, developing, and empowering teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with clients, universities, and investors.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with flexibility to travel and support across your region.

• Career growth – we invest in training and development to help you reach your potential.
• A great work culture – friendly, supportive, and built on trust.
• A role with purpose – making a real difference in students’ lives.
• Competitive salary & benefits – because great work deserves great rewards.

Benefits include:
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• An extra day off for your birthday
• An extra day off annually for volunteering
• Life insurance
• Access to our Employee Assistance Programme
• Plus, all the standard stuff like a pension & cycle to work scheme
