We Are Hiring: AIM Support Practitioner
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated AIM Support Practitioners to join our teams in Kilcock and Newbridge. As an AIM Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing additional support to children with unique needs, ensuring they can fully participate in our early learning environment.
Minimum Qualifications Required:
To be considered for this role, you MUST hold a minimum Level 5 in Childcare or an equivalent DCYA-approved certification.

What You’ll Need:
- Knowledge of Child Development and understanding of additional needs.
- Strong Communication Skills and the ability to work closely with children, families, and colleagues.
- Experience with Individual Child Support, creating tailored activities to meet the child’s needs.
- Understanding of Safeguarding and Health & Safety Standards.
- Ability to Document Observations, track child progress, and provide feedback.
- Compassionate Approach with a focus on inclusion and positive reinforcement.
