Bradfield College Commercial Management team are seeking four Residential Lettings Assistants (RLA's) to work in a customer service role during our Easter and Summer lettings seasons.
Working at a prestigious Boarding school you will deliver all residential and facility requirements for Residential Groups, who typically operate their own activities programmes, usually in the form of language schools, sports camps etc.
The RLA duties will include set up, change over, and end-of-season accommodation logistics, technical support, dining hall supervision and day-to-day guest services. The RLA will act as a point of contact for the College's in-house delivery teams including maintenance, catering, and housekeeping.
Support may also be required at ad-hoc onsite College events.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week over 5 days from Monday to Sunday and up to 3 overnight on-call shifts per week. You must be available to commence employment during the week commencing 23 March until 19 April 2026 (Easter season) and from 26 June until 21 August 2026 (Summer season).
We expect candidates to be available for three weeks at Easter and seven weeks during the summer.
This is a challenging but fun and rewarding role, ideally suited to students at university looking for a seasonal position.
