We’re looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing & Content Executive to join our marketing team at The HEX Group, a family-built manufacturing business with over 40 years of heritage.

This is a hands-on and varied role where you’ll support the delivery of digital marketing activity across our brands – from planning and delivering campaigns to producing high-quality video and creative content. You’ll also play a key role in managing and growing our online presence. It’s a chance to make a real difference to how we connect with our audiences and to build a strong foundation for a successful career in marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Campaigns & Website

·         Support the planning, creation and delivery of digital campaigns, including paid social and lead generation activity.

·         Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to deliver campaigns that support commercial growth.

·         Keep website content up to date and help optimise it for engagement and performance.

·         Contribute to email marketing, SEO and other digital activities.

·         Prepare regular performance reports and share actionable insights.

Video & Creative Production

·         Support the planning and delivery of video projects, including preparation, filming and editing.

·         Operate camera equipment and ensure everything is ready for shoots.

·         Edit and produce high-quality video content using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

·         Contribute creative ideas to enhance how we showcase our products, capabilities and stories through digital content.

Content & Social Media

·         Research target audiences, trends and competitor activity to support content planning.

·         Create engaging content in text, image and video formats.

·         Manage social media content calendars and posting schedules.

·         Oversee the layout and presentation of social media accounts.

·         Respond to online enquiries and monitor feedback and reviews.

·         Suggest and implement new ways to grow our online presence, including campaigns and competitions.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Confident using social media platforms and digital tools.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g. SEO, PPC, email, paid social).
  • Possibly some experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and camera equipment would be an advantage.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • A team player with initiative and a positive attitude.
