We are looking to strengthen our Marketing team with the recruitment of a Group Marketing Executive.

 

The Role

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products, services or brand. This role involves handling both digital and traditional marketing channels, analysing market trends creating content that aligns with the business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns and Strategy
    • Lead the planning and execution of strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print and event-based initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create marketing strategies that align with the company goals and target audiences.
    • Identify and analyse competitors and trends to adapt strategies and improve marketing performance.
    • Provide data driven insights to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, emails, advertisements and internal communications.
    • Ensure all marketing content is consistent with brand guidelines and messaging.
    • Work with graphic designers and content creators to produce marketing materials e.g. brochures and videos.
    • Develop and manage digital marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement.
    • Oversee social media platforms, create content calendars and track engagement metrics.
  • Market Research and Analysis
    • Conduct in-depth market research to identify new marketing opportunities, trends and customer insights.
    • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
    • Prepare and present data driven reports on marketing activities, campaign performance and ROI.
  • Lead Generation and Customer Engagement
    • Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase customer engagement.
    • Monitor and improve customer retention and acquisition strategies.
    • Maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders to promote brand loyalty.
  • Event and Promotions Management
    • Plan and execute company events, trade shows, and exhibitions, managing logistics and promotions.
    • Work with partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event execution.
    • Assist in managing the budget for marketing campaigns and events.

 The Person

Skills and Experience:

  • Excellent project management, communication and organisation skills
  • Proven ability to successfully execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with all departments across the group
  • B2B experience within a manufacturing/engineering environment
  • Minimum 3 years’ marketing experience
  • CIM qualification ideal, but not essential
