RKW works with many independent online retailers who operate on a Drop Ship / Direct Dispatch basis, and we're looking to add a new team member to help support those accounts.
We have a fantastic career opportunity to join our Direct Dispatch Team at RKW in the role of Sales Support Administrator. We’re looking for someone with Great Customer Service or Sales Administration experience, the ambition to learn new skills and a great teamwork ethic.
Our online Direct Dispatch / Drop Ship customers form an integral part of our B2B retail client market, and you’ll be responsible for assisting them with processing orders and returns, and dealing with queries both internally and externally.
RKW is Europe’s leading distributor and manufacturer of small domestic appliances and housewares products. Part of the Sutton Venture Group, RKW was established in 1989 and has grown from strength to strength.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Processing customer orders and returns.
- Resolving customer queries via phone and email.
- Liaising with couriers, customers, and internal departments.
- Administration tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Updating customer portals
- Completing line forms and image requests
- Listing products online platforms such as EBay, Amazon & Marketplaces
Qualifications
- Have previous administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft office & excel are desirable.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- A keen eye for details
- Have time management skills.
- Be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
- Be flexible and eager to learn.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position with standard office hours (Monday to Friday).
- Training and onboarding will be provided
