The Role:
As Warehouse Supervisor you represent Management on the factory floor. They are expected to actively promote compliance with all company rules and regulations and to promote a safe, clean and efficient working environment.

Your Duties:
- Ensure team compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, Hygiene regulations at all times.
- Ensure that all operations carried out according to specification and meet all our quality requirements in stores & intake area.
- Ensure that operatives maintain a safe and tidy working environment and adopt a clean as go policy to reduce risk of accident or injury.
- Ensure that good housekeeping practice is in operation in Stores & Intake area and waste is controlled and minimised.
- Ensure full compliance with traceability requirements in Stores & Intake area operations.
- Ensure that all daily procedural documentation is completed accurately and on time and signed as appropriate in Stores & Intake Area.
- Ensure that all the operations are carried out to the agreed schedules to meet transport departments needs and Customer expectations.
- Schedule staff working days and hours to meet operational demands.
- Ensure that daily operational / staff issues are reported to the Warehouse Manager.
- Monitor obsolete stock items.
- Ensure that daily machinery and equipment checks are carried out and that any problems or potential problems are reported immediately.
- Inform management regarding staff shortages, absenteeism etc.
- Communicating with suppliers where necessary.
- Stock management and weekly / Monthly stock takes organization. / to liaise with Warehouse Manager
- Manage & Rotate stock on site & off site.
