Permanent Contract
Location: Hybrid / Crimple House, Hornbeam Park Avenue, Harrogate, HG2 8 NA
Hours: 35 hours
Salary: £24,474.90

About the role
In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission – building meaningful connections across North Yorkshire to grow support and vital income for Herriot Hospice, Just ’B’ and Saint Michael’s Hospice. From engaging with local people, businesses, and community groups to inspiring volunteers and championing our cause at events, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our network and raising awareness. Whether you’re delivering a presentation, sparking new partnerships, or coordinating fundraising campaigns and challenges, every day will bring fresh opportunities to make a real difference for local families.
To thrive in this role, you’ll be a confident communicator who can engage people from all walks of life with warmth and professionalism. You’ll balance a busy and varied workload with strong organisational skills, keeping supporters at the heart of everything you do. Comfortable presenting to groups, building lasting relationships, and working collaboratively with colleagues and volunteers, you’ll also bring proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases. Above all, you’ll be motivated, proactive, and resilient – committed to inclusivity, confidentiality, and delivering an outstanding experience for everyone who supports us.
