In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of educational infrastructure. Your responsibilities will involve overseeing the development of new and enhanced educational buildings, with a focus on sustainability and efficiency. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll manage and provide guidance for a diverse range of development projects. This includes assisting with feasibility studies plus overseeing project delivery from planning and procurement to construction.

This is a hybrid role which requires you to be based in our London office for 2/3 days a week.

Main duties & responsibilities include:

¡  Supporting the team with feasibility studies, planning assessments and masterplans for complex sites

¡  Assisting in managing the delivery of projects, including attendance at site inspections, progress meetings and cost reviews

¡  Contributing to the preparation of committee reports seeking decisions, tracking progress and managing risks of projects.

Skills & experience required:

¡  A background in property development and a Chartered Surveyor qualification (MRICS)

¡  Experience working on the delivery of complex development projects

¡  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively

¡  A strategic mindset and a passion for innovation in the education sector

¡  The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
