Contract Type: Relief (Zero hours contract – work is on an ‘as and when required’ basis)
Working Hours: Between Monday and Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (as and when required)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corbenic Shop & Café as an Assistant. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the team, supporting the daily operations of the shop and café, including tasks such as food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You’ll also have the chance to work alongside residents, supporting them as they develop new skills, build confidence, and contribute to the café and shop's success.
Located in the heart of Dunkeld, the Corbenic Shop & Café is a popular spot for locals and tourists, offering a range of wholesome organic soups, light lunches, freshly brewed Barista coffee, and a selection of delicious cakes and pastries. Our shop also features unique handcrafted artisan products, fair trade goods, and freshly baked bread from our on-site Bakery workshop.
This role is perfect for someone with experience in hospitality or retail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. You’ll work in a collaborative, inclusive environment alongside both the team and residents, helping create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all.
