Description

The Customer Services Agent role in Southampton incorporates Customer Service, Dispatch and Ramp Handling (Including loading of aircraft).  Staff are responsible for the customer service and ground operations functions required to process passengers, and baggage and ensure the safe and efficient handling of Aurigny flights. 

Applicants must have attention to detail, excel in timekeeping and have the ability to work to tight time targets. You must also have good attention to safety and compliance with procedures.

You would be part of a small team, delivering high standards of customer service with a varied job role.
