Description

The Role:

Deli Lites is recruiting a Higher-Level IT Apprentice to support the day-to-day operation and development of IT systems across the business while working towards a recognised IT qualification.

As HLA – IT, you will echo the quality, legality, and authenticity of all our values at DELI LITES and give customers the opportunity to achieve their extraordinary results through the passion we have for our people and food.

What You’ll Do:

Support the IT Manager and IT team with daily IT operations
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues
Set up and configure IT equipment for staff
Assist with system maintenance, security updates, and asset tracking
Support digital improvement projects across the business
Attend college/university and complete apprenticeship training requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Eligible for a Higher-Level Apprenticeship in IT/Computing
Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
Strong interest in IT and technology
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Organised, reliable, and keen to learn
