High school degree or G.E.D. and minimum 6 months of experience in public works maintenance, construction or repair inthe assigned work area, or a combination of training, education, and experience that is equivalent to the employmentstandard listed above and that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Other Requirements include ability to pass the pre-employment background check; a valid Oregon class C driver's license and ability to meet the City of Woodburn's driving standards; Oregon Public Pesticide Applicator's license (or the ability to get the license within 9 months of employment; possess the following training/certifications or ability to obtain and maintain after employment: Forklift, flagger, firstaid/CPR, and Shoring.
