We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Childcare Practitioners to join our Blanchardstown team. If you’re ready to make a meaningful impact on children’s lives and be part of a supportive and innovative team, we’d love to hear from you!
What We’re Looking For:
- Essential Qualification: A minimum Level 5 qualification in Childcare or an equivalent DCYA-approved certification is required.
- Expertise in Aistear and Síolta: A strong understanding of the Aistear curriculum framework and Síolta quality standards is essential. You’ll use these frameworks to create enriching, child-centered learning experiences.
- Child Development Knowledge: A solid understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Activity Planning: Experience in planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities that align with Aistear’s themes and Síolta’s principles.
- Documentation Skills: Ability to observe, document, and reflect on children’s progress and interests in line with Aistear and Síolta guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
- Commitment to Excellence: Dedication to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Working Hours:
To be confirmed. Our creche operates from 07:30 to 18:30.
