✈️ We’re Hiring: Payables Finance Clerk – Be the Backbone of Our Finances!

We’re on the lookout for a Payables Finance Clerk to join our dedicated Finance Team and play a key role in keeping our airline’s finances on track. You’ll work closely with our Payables Finance Officer to make sure every penny spent is properly tracked, processed, and paid — all while keeping suppliers happy and processes sharp.

✍️ What You’ll Be Doing:

Invoices: Process supplier invoices matched to purchase orders and using SAGE get them payment-ready.
Supplier liaison: Chase approvals, fix issues, and keep communication flowing with internal teams and external suppliers.
Reconciliations: Keep creditor accounts clean and up-to-date, resolving discrepancies.
Passenger Focus: Assist with the processing of passenger claims accurately and on time, in coordination with our Commercial team.
Month-Ends: Help close the books with balanced reconciliations and audit-ready records.
Finance Team Player: Support wider finance functions with admin, reporting, and process improvements — your ideas are welcome!
