The Role – Relief Care Worker

As a Relief Care Worker, you’ll provide support on an as and when required basis, stepping in to cover shifts such as annual leave, sickness, or additional support needs. Your role is key in ensuring residents continue to receive consistent, high-quality care and companionship.

You’ll:

  • Deliver person-centred care and support to adults with learning disabilities.

  • Assist with daily activities, outings, and health appointments.

  • Help with personal care, cooking, and general household tasks.

  • Promote dignity, choice, and inclusion in every aspect of care.

Flexible shifts are available throughout the week (Monday–Sunday), including day, evening, and weekend options – perfect for those seeking work-life balance.
