We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic playworkers to engage and inspire children across our children’s services schemes based at various locations in East Surrey and West Sussex.

Being a YMCA Playworker is a great way to fit a job around your studies or other commitments. We are extremely flexible and can work around your availability.

Disability Play and Youth Worker
Weekends (term-time) & Weekdays (School holidays) | Crawley, Horsham, Chailey, Reigate, Leatherhead, Tadworth, Worcester Park
Our schemes provide fun play and youth activities for children (aged 5-11) and young people (aged 12-18) with a wide range of disabilities. If you enjoy working in a busy and sociable environment then this could be the perfect job for you.

After School and Holidays Childcare Playworker
Weekdays term-time & school holidays – Redhill & Reigate
Y-Kids runs a Holiday Club during the school holidays and an After School Club during term time for children aged 4–12. Playworkers offer play opportunities and provide support to help children enjoy a range of activities from cooking to sports to arts and crafts.

Party Playworker
Sundays term-time | Redhill
Children’s Parties run at the YMCA Sports & Community Centre in Redhill. Playworkers are needed to work from 12:30 – 17:00 on Sunday term-time and should be enthusiastic, fun and engaging.
