Overview:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Controls Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of automation software applications.
• Development of automation software applications.
• Testing of automation software applications.
• Commissioning of automation hardware.
• Teaching & adjustment of automation hardware inclusive of Robots, Motors & Sensors.
• Influence our drive towards software delivery excellence by delivering continuous improvement projects.
• Develop professionally though structured training and working on our talented software team.
• Some travel time will be required to support equipment installations and after qualification equipment support.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1+ years in a similar or related role.
• L8 Degree in Software development or related discipline.
• Proficiency in software development for PLCs, Robotic, HMI, Vision System or Embedded System applications.
• Demonstrated experience in commissioning automation equipment.
• Proven ability in debugging automation systems.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Full Clean Driver’s License is required.
