Are you ready to play a key role in ensuring smooth, on-time departures for aircraft, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency? At Aurigny Air Services, we’re looking for a dedicated Aircraft Dispatcher to join our ground operations team!
What You'll Be Doing:
As an Aircraft Dispatcher, you’ll be responsible for the safe, secure, and on-time turnaround of aircraft, making sure they depart smoothly and within their scheduled turnaround times. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, coordinating all ground operations to ensure our service level standards are met. Your attention to detail and leadership will ensure safety, on-time performance, and compliance with regulations every day.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Aircraft Operations: Oversee the safe arrival and departure of aircraft, ensuring safety on the ramp area and coordinating staff and third parties.
  • On-Time Performance: Deliver high standards of On-Time Performance (OTP), ensuring compliance with the Time Precision Scale (PTS) for all turnarounds.
  • Efficient Coordination: Ensure that services are delivered to the aircraft on time, based on crew or engineer requests, and liaise effectively with the Load Control Department.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships between staff, the airport, and contracted service providers to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Problem Solving: Assist with disruption management, ensure timely communication of aircraft status, and actively participate in ensuring seamless operations.
  • Innovative Thinking: Challenge the status quo, bringing fresh ideas to improve operations and promote innovation among staff.
