Description

Are you driven by helping young people discover the right pathways for their future?

We're looking for an engaging, organised, confident communicator to represent Stanmore College across local schools and communities. You’ll deliver assemblies and workshops, run events, support student recruitment, and be one of the faces of the College. You’ll be at the heart of our student recruitment work - inspiring interest, guiding decisions, and ensuring every young student feels informed, welcomed and supported.

Why this role matters:
You’ll be one of the first faces students meet - the person who sparks their interest, answers their questions, and shows them why Stanmore is the right place for their next step.

In this role, you’re not just promoting courses - you’re shaping perceptions, building trust, and turning curiosity into applications. Your impact directly supports the College’s growth, reputation, and ability to reach even more young people across our community.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Holds a Level 3 qualification (with GCSE English & Maths A*–C or equivalent)
• Communicates confidently and connects well with young people
• Enjoys presenting and delivering engaging sessions
• Is organised and helps events run smoothly
• Builds positive relationships with schools, parents, and prospective students
• Has strong digital and data skills (CRM experience is a bonus)
• Is proactive, approachable, and adaptable

Salary Range: £26,904 - £29,193 (FTE) per annum

Closing Date: Thursday, 15th January 2026
