The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Design Engineer to lead our design team and oversee the development and project management of our product range. This is a key role within Hex Living, offering the opportunity to shape the future of our products and drive innovation from concept to production.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design team, ensuring high standards and brand consistency
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, supporting junior team members
  • Provide technical support to sales, quality teams, and customers
  • Act as a central point of contact for departmental queries
  • Develop designs from concept through to prototype and production
  • Maintain accurate product drawings and bills of materials
  • Coordinate project reviews and testing programmes
  • Collaborate with Alpha Manufacturing to integrate advanced manufacturing techniques
  • Attend APQP meetings and ensure effective communication of design changes
  • Maintain technical publications and create product support materials
  • Support internal and external activities including installations, exhibitions, and customer visits
