This is a full time position of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 09:00am and 17:30pm. The role offers a salary of £35,000.00, reflective of experience and responsibilities.

Why Join Us?

We’re growing fast, but we’re not about just filling rooms – we’re about creating homes. Our team is passionate, open and driven by our values: Happy, Open, Secure and Trusted. We genuinely care about our people and our students and we want a Marketing Executive who shares our enthusiasm for building exceptional experiences.

As our Systems Administrator, you’ll take ownership of our core Property Management System (PMS) and associated business software ensuring it runs smoothly, is used effectively, and continues to evolve with the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the go-to person for system support, troubleshooting, integrations, and optimisation, working closely with internal teams and external partners. By keeping our systems running efficiently and accurately, you’ll play a vital role in supporting operations across our entire portfolio. Your role will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for PMS and business software queries

  • Troubleshooting and resolving system issues with minimal disruption

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and configurations

  • Monitor and maintain data quality, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Support system integrations with finance, CRM, access control, and marketing platforms

  • Contribute to system upgrades, testing, and new feature rollouts

  • Deliver training, user guides, and best practice support for teams

  • Partner with operations and central teams to translate business needs into system solutions

  • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues and enhance functionality

Who We’re Looking For
We need someone who is both technically capable and highly collaborative. Ideally, you’ll bring:

  • Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), ideally in a PBSA or Co-Living environment

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams

  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks independently

  • Understanding of IT security principles (desirable)

  • Knowledge of programming, databases, or PowerBI (desirable)

  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and positive attitude

  • Willingness to travel occasionally across the UK

What’s in It for You?

At Host, we know that happy teams create the best student experiences. Here’s what you’ll get in return:

  • Career growth – we invest in training and development to help you reach your potential.

  • A great work culture – friendly, supportive and built on trust.

  • A role with purpose – making a real difference in students’ lives.

  • Competitive salary & benefits – because great work deserves great rewards.

Benefits include:

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part time staff)
