Description

Are you passionate about aviation and ensuring smooth, safe aircraft departures? Aurigny Air Services is looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatchers to join our dynamic team.

As a Dispatcher, you will coordinate all functions required for the safe, on-time departure of aircraft. This includes overseeing ramp operations, maintaining high standards of On Time Performance (OTP), and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will work closely with crew, engineers, and service providers to deliver outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure safe and timely aircraft arrival and departure.
Oversee ramp area safety and perform FOD checks.
Coordinate services requested by crew or engineers.
Communicate information to the Load Control Department.
Foster strong relationships with staff, airport, and service providers.
Assist with disruption management and check-in processes.
Maintain a neat and presentable appearance.

Well-organized with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing demands.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated and professional with a proactive approach.
Flexible working hours as necessary.

Desirable Skills:

Basic IT skills
Interest in aviation
Good numeracy skills

Requirements:

Clear police check and driver’s license
Full five-year history
References
